Account security

When you register for a free account, you will be given an option to enter your First name, Last name, Email address and a Password. You must enter all the information correctly and use your valid email address for your registration purpose. Your email address will be used as your login email for future logins.

Choosing a password

You need to choose a password that’s long enough. Your password must be between 6 and 20 characters long characters in length. A longer password would be even better. Includes Numbers, Symbols, Capital Letters, and Lower-Case Letters. Use a mix of different types of characters to make the password stronger.

Changing your password

We recommend your account password must be changed often. Your new password should be different from your previous password. To change your password login to your account and go into settings.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your login information: email address you have used to register for your account and/or your password, please contact us to delete your account so you can sign up and regsiter for a new account.
